Meditation time for everyone

FreeJacqui will guide all who attend to take deep breathes, learn how to still the mind and be present with ourselves.
Jacqui is trained in Reiki 1 & 2, Angelic Reiki 1 and volunteers regularly at Barnes Spiritual Church.
