Following your visit, choose your trial day from our timetable and book your young person in. We will assess them throughout the day, which allows us to understand their ability.

PRICES FOR WORKSHOPS
From June to December 2025, £343 a month. Or £120 a monthly during term time.
This includes 2 days a week with us plus 2 online Math sessions a month.
Payment will be by bank transfer.
ADDITIONAL MATERIAL & BOOK FEES
We ask you to provide your child with a workbook and pencilcase to be used every day.
We will always email you with the details of the cost of any additional books or materials that may be needed for our classes or workshops. In some cases, we will include an Amazon product link in the description and ask you to purchase the product directly.
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION FOR YOUNG PEOPLE & PARENTS
If a child is disruptive, you will be called to see if we can work out a way to proceed. If, after a few meetings, your child is still disruptive, we may have to ask them to leave until they are able to work with the group. They will be invited to come for a day so we can monitor changes.
REFUNDS POLICY

| Materials or Text Purchased from Spiritus | Full refund if returned unused on or before the day of the first class meeting |
| Classes dropped before the start of the term ( 5 days notice) will receive a full refund. |
| Classes dropped after the first day of the term and within the two-week drop period will receive a partial refund – minus the workshops attended plus a £10 admin fee. |
| Classes dropped after the two-week drop period will receive no refund. |
