Fallacy is an error in logic – a place where someone has made a mistake in their thinking.
‘A cloud is 90% water. A melon is 90% water. Therefore, since a plane can fly through a cloud, a plane can fly through a watermelon’.
This is an introductory class for learning to spot common errors in reasoning. They have a debate on the topic of the day to question how words can be twisted and mistaken for something else by our thoughts and presumptions. They will learn not to take everything at face value and be able to look/listen and go deeper and see beyond words.
