Sorts Play Motion coaches deliver this session. Its purpose is to have fun, learn the sport and make friends whilst being active.

You can collect from Westway Fitness Centre at 3pm or at 245 Hammersmith Road at 330pm (4pm if they are taking part in our meditation). You need to tell us when you drop off.
There is a great cafe on site to use, wifi access, sofa area, even exercise yourself 🙂 if you want to wait.
